Getting Started with Shorebird : Learning Odyssey
In the session, we delved into the traditional methods of application deployment, highlighting their shortcomings. These conventional approaches often involve manual processes, are time-consuming, error-prone, and lack flexibility. This leads to challenges such as longer deployment times, increased risk of errors, and difficulties in managing updates efficiently.
To address these issues, we explored the concept of code push(Shorebird), which enables developers to deploy updates to applications without requiring users to download and install new versions manually. This approach allows for quicker deployment of bug fixes, feature enhancements, and other updates, leading to improved user experience and faster iteration cycles.
